    • In the rare event that a parking space owner needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, users will be notified promptly.
    • Users will receive a full refund if the cancellation is initiated by the parking space owner.

    Refund Process

    • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking.
    • Users can expect to see the refunded amount in their account within 5 business days.

    Non-Refundable Circumstances
