    Delete Your Account or Data

    This page provides steps to delete your account and personal data from the goPark App. We believe in giving users full control over their data.

    Delete Your Data Directly from the App

    You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the goPark app on both iOS and Android:

    1. Open the goPark app on your device
    2. Tap on Account in the bottom navigation
    3. Go to Security
    4. Tap on Delete Account
    5. Confirm your choice when prompted

    What Data Is Deleted?

    Once you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted from our servers:

    • Your user profile
    • Your parking bookings and history
    • Your saved vehicles and locations
    • All personal preferences

    Data Retention Policy

    We do not retain any of your data after deletion, unless required by law (e.g., transaction logs for financial audit purposes, which are retained for 6 months).
